Works great for baking in the Large Ultra Cook Kit and helps prevent heat from quickly being “sucked” out of your coals. Stores nicely nested with your Small or Large Ultra Cook Kit.

For use when baking with the Small or Large Ultra Cook Kits. I used to put the coals right on top of the pans but I realized that due to the high conductivity of aluminum it was quickly “sucking” the life out of the coals. By raising the coals off the pan the coals stay hot for MUCH longer!
